When you contact Ribat Security Inc., we collect your name, email address, organization, and the message you choose to send. We use this information to respond and discuss your inquiry, not to add you to a marketing list.
How inquiries are handled
Our website runs on Google Cloud Run. Inquiries are stored using Supabase, and email notifications are sent through Resend to Ribat's inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse and may process technical browser and network information for that purpose. These providers may process information outside Canada, depending on service configuration.
What to share
Please do not send floor plans, access codes, detailed security vulnerabilities, or other sensitive facility information through this form. We will discuss an appropriate way to exchange those details if needed.
Retention and access
Website inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Related email correspondence and any records needed for an ongoing client relationship may be retained separately. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized people supporting Ribat.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information by contacting Ribat using the direct contact details on our contact section. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual obligations.
Website tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Technical information may be processed by our hosting and spam-protection providers to operate and protect the service.
